ACT Win's 3-Phase Reintegration Program

A 12-Month Comprehensive Pathway to Purpose, Stability, and Family Reunification

ACT Win is launching a 3-phase, 12-month comprehensive program designed to support women as they transition from incarceration to independence. This holistic program will empower participants to rebuild their lives, identify their purpose, and achieve sustainable personal and professional goals.

Each phase is intentionally designed to address the unique challenges women face after incarceration—from housing and employment to trauma recovery and family reunification.

Program Goals:

  • Provide individualized support to help women successfully reintegrate into their communities.

  • Equip participants with essential life skills, career development tools, and emotional healing resources.

  • Help women maintain stable employment, secure housing, and rebuild relationships with their families.

  • Guide each woman to define and pursue her purpose with confidence and dignity.

This program is more than a reintegration plan—it is a pathway to transformation, offering women the support, structure, and tools needed to thrive beyond their past and walk confidently into a hopeful future.
