Another Chance To Win, Inc. (ACT Win) empowers women from all walks of life, including women experiencing homelessness, domestic violence, and transitioning from incarceration, by providing the resources, support, temporary housing and opportunities needed to overcome barriers, rebuild their lives, and achieve self-sufficiency.
ACT Win also supports Baltimore City students by addressing essential needs that promote academic, emotional, and personal success.

Who We Are
Another Chance To Win, Inc. (ACT Win) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Baltimore, Maryland, committed to restoring safety, stability, hope, and opportunity for women and youth impacted by incarceration, domestic violence, trauma, homelessness, and poverty.
ACT Win empowers women from all walks of life—including women transitioning from incarceration, women experiencing homelessness, and women fleeing domestic violence—by providing resources, advocacy, temporary housing, support, and opportunities that help them overcome barriers, rebuild their lives, and move toward stability and self-sufficiency.
ACT Win also supports Baltimore City students by addressing essential needs that can interfere with academic and emotional well-being. Through food, toiletries, school-related expenses, educational resources, and college essentials, ACT Win helps students remain focused on their education and reach their full potential.
WHO WE SERVE
ACT Win serves women and youth who may face significant barriers to stability, safety, education, and self-sufficiency, including:
